Banqueting Lighting Packages
The ambiance of a banquet is just as important. We are on hand to design and deliver bespoke audiovisual set-ups to impress your guests and leave them with lasting memories of a sensational event. Bronze packages are included as standard, with the option to upgrade to our stunning Silver and Gold packages.
Hall C
At P&J Live we cater for a variety of gatherings from large banquets to buffet-style receptions. Our flexible floor plans and exceptional spaces allow for a range of seated occasions such as intimate dining experiences, right up to large scale banquets. Hall C is the perfect choice for larger events, with space to cater for up to 1,250 guests, you can absolutely create the wow factor here.
Facilities in Hall C include
- Banqueting capacity for up to 1,250 people on round tables
- Dedicated arrival area and cloakroom facilities
- Theatrical ceiling with integrated ambient lighting
- PA system and audio visual technician
- Stage and dance floor (if required)

Conference Suite 2
Conference Suite 2 is the perfect choice for more intimate gatherings, with space to cater for up to 620 guests for a dinner and 500 for a dinner dance. The room can also be divided to cater for smaller numbers, perfect for dinners of 280 or dinner dances of around 200.
