Hybrid Conferencing

Hybrid Conferencing at P&J Live

Posted:
25 October 2021

If 2020 taught us anything, it was that it is possible for us to adapt our behaviour and use new technologies to our advantage when we are not able to attend a meeting or conference in person.

As P&J Live headed back to business, we knew that it was essential to provide flexibility to those attending our corporate events, with many potential delegates unable to travel abroad or finding themselves still working from home. As a result, we have recently introduced hybrid conferencing as an offering to clients. This means delegates can tune in virtually and watch conference speakers in real time from the comfort of their own surroundings, anywhere in the world.

Not only is this convenient and inclusive for those who cannot attend in person, it also potentially spreads your message and brand to a much wider audience than might have been possible without it.

How does it work?

P&J Live in-house technicians utilise state-of-the-art audio visual and IT equipment, including free standing manned cameras or ceiling mounted remote cameras, to capture your content and stream proceedings online to a platform of your choice.

Conference organisers are able to select from a range of packages to suit their requirements, with hybrid solutions possible from locations such as our conference suites and our larger plenary space, Hall C.

Content captured during these sessions can also be recorded and shared with delegates at a time of your choice. It also means that delegates half way around the world can watch when it fits their schedule.

How do I find out more?

If you would like to enquire about hybrid conference packages and are interested in potential pricing structures for your next event, please contact our sales team who will be delighted to share more information.
