With incredible sound and an electric atmosphere, we know shows are a place to have a great time, however, it can sometimes be a little daunting to those who aren’t used to larger crowds.

That’s why we’ve pulled together our top tips to help you fully enjoy your experience and to make sure you always feel comfortable in our venue.

Our top tips include:

    Arriving in good time

    Arriving in good time

The time on your ticket is the time that the doors to the venue open. We recommend arriving in good time for the beginning of the show to enable you to pass through our security checks. Specific show timings will always be emailed to the registered ticket purchaser, but you can also find all details within the event’s listing on our website and on social media.

    Cooperating with our crew

At larger events you might see some furry four-legged pooches and their police handlers in the venue. These dogs are here to keep you safe. Please give them room and they will quietly fulfil their important roles.

    Staying Hydrated

    Staying hydrated

This might sound simple, but it is so important, especially if you’ll be spending a long time in a crowded place. P&J Live offers free water from various water coolers in and around the venue, from different points along the safety barrier, or you can simply ask for tap water at one of our kiosks.

    Set up a meeting point

    Setting up a meeting point

It’s easy to lose your friends in a big crowd. This is why we suggest that you agree on a designated meeting place where you can all meet up should you get separated from others in your group.

    Take a break

    Take a break

While it may be tempting to stand as close to the stage as possible throughout the whole show, it can get really hot right at the front, especially if you are a little on the shorter side. By taking a break and moving to a cooler, less busy spot it won’t take away from your experience.

    Making us aware

    Making us aware

Stay vigilant and be aware of what’s going on around you. If at any time during a show you want to report anything or would like some assistance from our team, you can send us a text message or WhatsApp and we will gladly assist. Text: 0788 886 6337.

Alternatively, at our larger shows, we often have welfare crew dotted around the venue. You can find them with purple bibs on and will offer you help to a quieter, safe space.

Our venue security and stewards always have yellow jackets on – please ask them for help, whether it’s how to find your seat or the location of the restrooms, just let us know!

    Plan your journey home

    Planning your journey home

After the fun, it’s a great idea to have a plan in place to ensure you get home safely. Whether you’re getting picked up, getting the bus or taxi, or making your journey on foot, you can find more info about the transport options here or by visiting the event’s listing on our website.

We look forward to welcoming you for the time of your life. Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Happy.
