The venue itself holds an ‘excellent’ rating from BREEAM, making it the most sustainable venue of its kind in the UK. It’s on-site energy centre converts household food and garden waste into hydrogen gas, which in turn powers the venue and two on-site hotels. However, the real conference delivery is down to the dedicated team of experts in-house who help make the event a reality.

Each client is provided with a dedicated core contact and event manager that consider every detail, eradicating the inconvenience of communicating with multiple individuals. The venue offers a ‘one-stop shop’ solution, housing an in-house team of experts that includes AV and IT, exhibition services, catering and marketing services all under one roof. A dedicated team of in-house technical production experts is provided for the entirety of the conference, creating bespoke ambiances through lighting and sound to deliver an immersive experience to capture and engage delegates. Fully integrated technologies and a huge stock of in-house technical equipment means that there is often little requirement for a build day. Everything from microphones to lecterns and bespoke light rigging are supplied preventing additional hire costs. Each space benefits from integrated touch-screen technology to control lighting, blinds, projector screens and sound.

Our in-house team provide full exhibition services, where every aspect is considered. Exhibitors order online from within our online store, choosing from our wide selection of in-house stock, saving them from transporting equipment to and from the venue. Once on site, our team will take care of everything from shell schemes build to the provision of power and water to stands, and will provide all the technical support necessary to have your exhibition running smoothly for the entirety of the event.

Showcasing the region’s finest seasonal ingredients, our in-house culinary team will create a bespoke menu that appeals to all tastes, dietary requirements and budgets, stretching from breakfast, to sandwiches or buffet lunches right up to five course banquets.

P&J Live also offers complimentary marketing support to deliver event promotion from contract to conference day, issuing press releases to media lists and supporting with online event listings, production of digital signage or in-venue branding throughout the venue to enhance delegate experience.
