
BBC Scotland Partners With Masters Football To Stream Live Tournament Coverage
CHARITY PARTNER ANNOUNCED AS STREET SOCCER SCOTLAND & KITBACK
BBC Scotland’s Sportscene has confirmed it will again provide live television coverage of the popular six-a-side tournament, Stealth Competitions Scottish Masters 2025.
Fans will see footballing legends from Aberdeen, Celtic, Rangers and Dundee Utd compete in the action-packed competition to be staged at Aberdeen’s P&J Live on Friday 14th November 2025. Sportscene will have live coverage of the event on the BBC Scotland channel from 19:15– 22:00. Connie McLaughlin will present, with Rob Maclean in the commentary box and Tyrone Smith reporting.
Louise Thornton, Head of Commissioning, BBC Scotland, said: “We’re thrilled that we’ll again be bringing live coverage of the Scottish Masters tournament to our audiences. It’s a great celebration of footballing talent, entertainment and nostalgia, and Sportscene will brilliantly capture all the excitement of this showcase event in Aberdeen.”
The Aberdeen team is this year seeking to hold onto the trophy which they took home last year. Captained by Russell Andreson, he will lead his squad which includes Joe Lewis, Andy Considine, Kevin McNaughton, Jonny Hayes, Derek Young, Adam Rooney and Lee Miller.
Rangers, captained by Barry Ferguson, will include Cammy Bell, Bruno Alves, Pedro Mendes, Lee McCulloch, Nacho Novo and Martyn Waghorn.
Dundee United’s squad is captained John Rankin, and includes Paul Gallacher, Paul Dixon, Gary Kenneth, Morgaro Gomis, Craig Conway, Danny Swanson and Prince Bauben.
Celtic’s Legends will be captained by Joe Ledley and includes Charlie Mulgrew, Kelvin Wilson, Gary Hooper, Simon Donnelly, Ross Wallace, Bobby Petta & Efe Ambrose.
This year’s charity partner has also today been announced as Street Soccer Scotland and its social enterprise, Kitback. The charity uses football to create lasting positive change for the most at risk and socially disadvantaged people across Scotland. The free, inclusive, football sessions are open to people of all ages and backgrounds.
As well as football, Street Soccer Scotland also supports individuals with housing support, specialist mental health provision, and food to emotional support, signposting and work with partner organisations.
Fans attending the tournament at P&J Live will be encouraged to bring along and donate pre-loved football shirts to Kitback for the chance to win a pair of tickets to a show of their choice at the venue. Kitback collects, upcycles and resells these shirts, with 100% of the profits going to help fund Street Soccer Scotland's programmes both in Aberdeen and elsewhere in Scotland.

There is a wide range of food and beverage options available to purchase for concerts and events, including catering outlets offering a variety of hot food options.
Please note - it is against venue policy to allow patrons to bring in their own food and drink to the venue. At P&J live it is our aim to be completely cashless, all of our bars, kiosks and restaurants accept card payments, this is more efficient, safe and ensures a speedy transaction. There are therefore no cash machines on the TECA site.
- Is there parking available at P&J Live?
Yes, there is parking available on-site at P&J Live.
There are various ways to pay for your parking at P&J Live
On site payment machines: We accept both cash and card payments on site, pay on exit is required by entering your vehicle registration at any one of our machines located in the car parks. Please note payment machines only take coins and not notes.
APCOA Connect App: Up to 24 hour after you have left the venue, you can pay for your parking on the APCOA Connect App. Once you have downloaded the app, use location code 6680 for the Sub-T Car Park (underground) and location code 2356 for the Surface Car Park.
You can also pay for parking via the APCOA website here, click which car park you parked in and then you will be able to pay for parking.
- Can I pay by cash within P&J Live?
At P&J Live it is our aim to be completely cashless, all of our bars, kiosks and restaurants accept card and contactless payments. This is more efficient, safe and ensures a speedy transaction.
There are no cash machines on the TECA sites.
- What bus can take me to P&J Live?
Regular buses will be coming in and out of the complex daily for public use. Details on bus routes and operators are still in discussion and any updates will be posted on the getting here page of the website.
Currently, the Stagecoach Service 727 runs regularly from Aberdeen City Centre to Aberdeen Airport, stopping in the TECA site as well as the 64/64A Service from Union Square to Inverurie. Updated timetables can be found here.
- How do I purchase accessible seating for a show at P&J Live?
Booking accessibility tickets has never been easier, this can now be booked online via AXS. If you are able or have someone to assist you please visit P&J Live's AXS Page, select the event you wish to see and click on ‘Wheelchair Tickets’ or ‘Ambulant Accessible Tickets’ to select your required seating and any companion tickets (if required).
Our seating configuration is flexible so the wheelchair and ambulant seating locations will vary from event to event, it is usual for us to have several locations for you to choose from, for wheelchair users; at the front of the flat floor seating beside the stage, a raised platform at the rear of the floor and also there are a few locations in our balcony area.
