The UK’s biggest touring cheese festival, Cheese Fest UK is returning to Aberdeen later this year. The popular event will take place at P&J Live, on Saturday 19 October 2019.
Ashley Ramian of Cheese Fest UK said “We’re really excited to be taking the festival back to Aberdeen, and especially to brand new P&J Live. The festival continues to grow every year and we have struck an incredible partnership with Aardman Animations, to celebrate 30 cracking years of Wallace and Gromit in 2019! This Promises to be another ‘Grand day out’ for all the family to enjoy!”
Those attending can expect another fun packed event from Cheese Fest UK, with the chance to sample some of the greatest cheeses in the world, including melted raclette, gooey mozzarella sticks and a whole host of other ‘cheese-tastic’ delights from the UK’s best cheese traders! With plenty of old favourites as well as new additions to try, you’re definitely in for a cheesy treat!
This year, Cheese Fest are also delighted to be celebrating Wallace and Gromit’s 30th anniversary as part of the festival. This means even more for those attending to get involved in, such as model making with Aardman Animations, live action vehicles, film screenings and even a meet and greet with Wallace and Gromit!
With all this plus live music, cookery demonstrations from celebrity chef Sean Wilson and an artisan cheese market, this isn’t an event to miss out on!
